The 2024 global awards will kick off symbolically \u201cwhere it all began,\u201d celebrating wines from a region revered as the birthplace of viticulture. The success of the previous year\u2019s IWSC wine judging in Georgia saw over 500 entries and the awarding of more than 280 medals. The return to this remarkable country promises an exploration of unique wine traditions and renowned hospitality.<\/p>\n
In a significant collaboration with The Gurjaani Wine Festival and the National Wine Agency of Georgia, this year\u2019s judging is poised to escalate into a major regional event. It welcomes not only entries from Georgia but also from neighboring Armenia and Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n
