Vardiashvili Family Wine: We trust this competition because it has a positive impact on our brand

Last year, the Vardiashvili Family Wine won a gold medal at the IWSC Wine Judging in Georgia international competition.

“This was a great opportunity for us,” says David Vardiashvili, the winery’s founder. “As a family winery, it’s difficult for us to participate in such competitions. The transparency and impartiality of the IWSC are especially important. The jury includes both foreign and Georgian members, which ensures that our drink is evaluated from both perspectives.”

According to David, the competition has had a significant impact on the development of their brand. “Participating in such a prestigious competition and winning a gold medal increases the level of credibility among both foreign and Georgian exporters and importers,” he says.

The Vardiashvili winery is not going to stop there – after the success of the previous harvest, they are already planning to present a new harvest at this year’s competition. “The previous harvest showed extraordinary results, and now we want to present the new harvest at the competition,” says Davit Vardiashvili.
